The card physically does not fit, as the PDS slots are completely different. The 6100 PDS has two long slots, and the 610 PDS has two VERY short slots and one long one. This has also been verified by a second source:

I tried to install my DOS card from my 6100 into my Centris 610 and found that the PDS Slot is different. Perhaps if I had a nubus adapter for my Centris I could take the 6100 nubus adapter off and put the Centris 610 adapter on and make it work. But, I don't have one.
However, Jay Couture (jpcouture@stkate.edu) writes in about using this card as a houdini upgrade:
I own one of the original Houdini Mac 610s. I removed the 4/25SX board from the 610 PDS adapter and installed a 4/66 board (with sound blaster) from a 6100 DOS kit. The screw holes and connecter are the same on both PDS adapters. I use PC software 1.5, Mac OS 8.0, and have a 16 Meg SIMM on the DOS card. I am currently running Win 95 as the PC OS. I am hoping (not holding my breath) that someone will make the drivers so that I can run Win NT!

The 660av's PDS slot is exactly the same size as the Quadra 610 (which the original Houdini I card was made for). I found a lot of info on the Houdini I (ie, 610 card) at the following address:

Turns out that problems between a Houdini I card and a 660av are more of a software issue than a hardware issue.
The PDS in the Centris/Quadra 610/660av is different than the PDS in the 6100, and thus the card will not work unless you have a houdini card you can swipe the adapter from. I have personally verified this. The nubus solution suggested by Ron will not work, as this is not a nubus card, but a PDS card. If there is a pds adapter for the 610, that would probably work, but I'm not sure such a device exists.
Do not buy one of these cards hoping to use it in your machine.
